What equipment do I need for an in person session?
We bring equipment with us for you to use during your session. You just need a water bottle and yoga mat.
What equipment do I need for a virtual session?
We will work with what you have! You can absolutely get an amazing workout with just your own body weight. Though for variety and progress, it’s great if you have some dumbbells and/or resistance bands. A sturdy bench or chair is a good addition too. Of course, always make sure you are wearing clothing you can move around comfortably and have a water bottle nearby.
What can I expect at our first session?
After your complimentary discovery call, we can book your first session. During your first session, we will spend a little time getting to know your movement patterns and current fitness level which we will then incorporate into a workout based on your goals and ability.
Do you offer group sessions?
Yes! We can schedule a session to include you and up to 3 other people. This works best if you both have similar goals, though we can demonstrate various progressions for each of you (i.e. pushup on toes and pushup from knees, different number of reps, etc.).
What equipment do you bring to me?
The equipment we bring varies each week, based on your current programming. Here are just a few of our tools:
- Resistance bands.
- Adjustable step / bench.
How do I make payments?
We accept payment via check, bank transfer, credit card, or cash. You can save by buying a package. Packages are paid and sessions scheduled on a monthly basis.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you cancel any in person session at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid losing your payment for that session. We do understand that emergencies and illnesses come up and will make every effort to work with you in such instances.
Because we have invested hours into creating the perfect, customized plan for you, online training packages are non-refundable once you have received the content. We do understand that life happens and can, however, freeze your account from automatic renewal for up to one month in the event of illness, injury or a true emergency.
What is the advantage of working with a personal trainer?
We are trained in exercise programming and behavior change. We work with you to come up with a customized plan that will incorporate your preferred workout strategies, take into account any muscle imbalances or injuries and help you set attainable goals to get the results you want. We help you learn proper form to prevent injuries and achieve optimal neuromuscular learning. We are here to support, motivate, and help you achieve your fitness and health goals.

Are there late payment fees?
No! Payments are due prior to services being rendered. Packages are available in 4, 8 or 12 week blocks. Contact a member of our team for our current rates!
I have been exercising regularly for several months, why haven’t I lost a significant amount of weight?
Exercise has so many benefits. Increasing your movement will absolutely burn more calories. However, you can’t out exercise a poor diet. Nutrition and being in a calorie deficit is key for weight loss. We are happy to discuss healthy eating practices with you during our session and give you some tips to help you lose weight and keep your energy levels up.
